While many would agree that making a good cup of espresso is an art within itself, having a latte art on your favorite espresso drinks make it more enjoying and a complete experience as many people say. Latte art is a method of making a coffee by pouring steamed milk into the espresso creating a different pattern and design on the surface. There are two types of latte art, one is the free pouring where patterns and designs are created during the pour, and the second is etching where they use a tool to create a pattern after the pour. Creating a heart shape and the “rosetta” or “rosette” also known as “fern” are the two most common forms of latte art. Of the two types, hearts are simpler to make and are common to macchiato, while rosettes are more complex and common in lattes.
Here is A Great Collection of Tasty and Delicious Latte Art that are visually appealing and are too beautiful to drink. This would be an inspiring collection for all the baristas and coffee house bartenders out there. Check out this list and try to feel the aroma floating from these examples. Enjoy!
