Great post, I use stock.xchng [aka sxc.hu] and MorgueFile quite frequently for visuals and some live client work. I’ll definitely check out some of the rest.
I’m not sure pixelio should be on this list. I clicked on the link, they tried to download files to my computer. No, not images. I just went to their site, I didn’t ask to download anything. It was some kind of trojan activity.

and there’s a torrent forum that’s the best for any graphic thing.. it has from softwares to image banks… it is called: http://forum.gfxnews.ru/
they open registration one a month i think,,.. but u also gotta keep your upload/download ratio kind of high, otherwise they put u out…

An amazing collection of different galleries and textures to use. Thanks they will certainly come in handy for those place holders image situations.
I haven’t heard of this site yet, but it sounds great! I like to create blog backgrounds, and it’s nice to not have to pay royalties to use an image. Because of my job, I kind of keep a digital collection of royalty free stock images and their websites. Kind of like an online personal library that I can access for easy reference and materials.

All the list are great. But, make sure you post also a great stuff for your collection. That’s why, i recommend a kozzi.com for a high resolution images can you can use.
